WASHINGTON - Today, E.P.A. (EPA) Administrator Gina McCarthy will testify before the House Committee on Agriculture at ten a.m. EST about the impacts of environmental regulations on rural America. This afternoon, the administrator will deliver the keynote address at the National Association of State Energy Officials' Energy Policy Outlook Conference.
