Kamy oversees projects from conception through all stages of
construction to completion. She is an expert logistics planner, scheduler,
task and resource activities coordinator whose experience encompasses more than
$2 billion dollars in commercial real estate projects within the Phoenix metro
region for industrial campuses consisting of biomedical, international trade,
robotics, entertainment, aerospace, hospitality, convention, and office products.
She works closely with contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, regulatory
agencies, and clients to complete each job with commitment and excellence.
Kamy is actively involved with LEED projects and promoting
sustainable design. She is a team lead for the LEED AP Knowledge teams, a
beta tester for the PJM Foundations Training and Certification program, and was
recently accepted to Arizona State University's Sustainable Design Masters
and Certification program.
